Fachberater/In Werkstattkonzepte Deine Aufgaben, Verantwortung: Akquise \& Weiterentwicklung: Du gewinnst neue Konzeptnehmer und treibst die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Garagenkonzepts aktiv voran. Kundenberatung \& Betreuung: Du bist nah am Kunden, verstehst seine Bedürfnisse und berätst ihn praxisnah – von Marketingkampagnen, Websites und Social\-Media\-Auftritten über Content\-Erstellung und Blogbeiträge bis hin zur Innen\- und Aussenbeschriftung der Gebäude. Projektumsetzung \& Eigeninitiative: Du packst Projekte selbst an, bringst frischen Wind und kreative Ideen ein, um unser Konzept weiter zu stärken. Strategisches Denken \& Überblick: Du behältst das grosse Ganze im Blick, erkennst Chancen für Optimierungen und setzt diese gezielt um. Organisation \& Events: Du planst und führst Kundenbesuche, Events sowie Messeauftritte durch und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Konzeptnehmer ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis haben. Teamarbeit \& interne Koordination: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Innendienst zusammen, nutzt deren Unterstützung effizient und gestaltest die Zusammenarbeit aktiv mit. Monitoring \& Vertragsmanagement: Du stellst die Einhaltung aller Vertragsmodalitäten sicher und überwachst wichtige Prozesse. Dein Profil: Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder Verkauf. Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Aussendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit – Key Account Erfahrung ist ein Plus. Du hast ein gutes Marketingverständnis und kannst dich in unterschiedliche Betriebe hineindenken, Bedürfnisse erkennen und praxisnahe Lösungen entwickeln. Du überzeugst durch deine Beratungs\- und Verkaufskompetenz und trittst gegenüber Kunden sicher, gewinnend und professionell auf. Du arbeitest sehr selbstständig, initiativ und strukturiert, behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick und arbeitest effizient sowie exakt. Du denkst unternehmerisch, erkennst Potenziale und bringst neue Ideen und frischen Wind in unser Garagenkonzept ein. Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest eng mit dem Innendienst zusammen. Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse auf C\-Niveau (mündlich und schriftlich) sind zwingend, da du eigenständig die Betreuung unserer Konzeptnehmer in der Deutsch\- und Westschweiz übernimmst. Du beherrschst die gängigen Microsoft\-Office\-Anwendungen (insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint) sicher. Du bist bereit, 60–80 % Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der gesamten Schweiz zu übernehmen.
