In dieser vielseitigen Funktion prägst du den öffentlichen Raum von Küsnacht aktiv mit. Du planst und koordinierst Strassenraum\-, Tiefbau\- und Infrastrukturprojekte und bringst dabei unterschiedliche Interessen zusammen. Im Austausch mit der Gemeinde, der Bevölkerung, Planenden, Unternehmen, Werken und Behörden sorgst du für tragfähige Lösungen und derenprofessionelle Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs mit zwei Projektleitenden
  • Planung und Koordination von Strassenraum\-, Tiefbau\- und Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Leitung von Gesamterneuerungsprojekten mit Werken, kantonalen Fachstellen und Nachbargemeinden
  • Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs mit Fokus auf klimaangepassten Strassenraum, Schwammstadt\-Prinzipien, nachhaltige Entwässerung und digitale Planung
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Partnerorganisationen, Bevölkerung und Behörden
  • Qualitätssicherung, Überwachung von Terminen und Kosten in den betreuten Projekten
  • Koordination externer Ingenieur\-, Planungs\- und Baupartner
  • Stellvertretung des Fachbereichsleiters Abwasser

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung als Bauingenieur:in ETH/FH
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Leitung von Tiefbau\-, Strassenbau\- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Interesse an öffentlichen Bauprojekten, Mobilität und nachhaltiger Infrastruktur
  • Kenntnis der Prozesse und Abläufe bei öffentlichen Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Freude an Gestaltung, Koordination und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit der Bevölkerung, Behörden und externen Partnern
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Interesse an digitalen Prozessen, modernen Arbeitsmethoden und nachhaltiger Infrastruktur
