Das Zentrum für Soziales ist einer der grössten Verbände seiner Art in der Schweiz. Im Auftrag von 28 Gemeinden mit einem Einzugsgebiet von über 100'000 Personen sind wir mit grossem Engagement, niederschwellig und vernetzt in folgenden Bereichen tätig: Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB), Berufsbeistandschaft, Sozialberatung, Mütter- und Väterberatung, Suchtberatung und Schulsozialarbeit. Der Fachbereich Sozial- und Suchtberatung ist polyvalent tätig und bietet eine breite Palette an Beratungsangeboten an. Dazu gehören persönliche und wirtschaftliche Sozialhilfe, Jugend- und Erziehungsberatung, Budget- und Schuldenberatung, Abklärungen für Gemeinden und im Bereich des Kindesschutzes für die KESB sowie Suchtberatungen. Zum Fachbereich gehört auch die Schulsozialarbeit in elf Gemeinden.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

Gesamtbetriebliche Verantwortung

  • Mitverantwortlichkeit für die standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und die Integration des Fachbereiches im Zentrum für Soziales
  • Mitentscheidung in operativen Belangen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Betriebsentwicklung und dem Qualitätsmanagement, sowie Beziehungspflege und fachlicher Austausch mit den Verbandsgemeinden der Region Hochdorf

Personalverantwortung

  • Personelle Führung des Teams Sozialberatung am Standort Hochdorf
  • Mitwirkung in der Personal- und Teamentwicklung
  • Führung der Probezeit-, Mitarbeitenden- und Abschlussgespräche

Fachverantwortung

  • Fachliche und operative Verantwortung für das Team Sozialberatung (SB) am Standort Hochdorf
  • Fachliches Coaching der Mitarbeitenden
  • Fallführung in der polyvalenten Sozialberatung
  • Verantwortlichkeit für eine hohe Qualität, fachliche Standards und Effizienz der Sozialberatung sowie der Suchtberatung gemäss Vorgaben Quatheda
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekt- und Konzeptarbeit

Das bringen Sie mit ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit (FH)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem oder mehreren Berufsfeldern der Sozialen Arbeit
  • Führungsweiterbildung (oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren)
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Konfliktfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse im Controlling, Qualitätsmanagement und in der Betriebsentwicklung
  • Integrative, reife und loyale Persönlichkeit
