Als Markt\- und Innovationsführer entwickelt und produziert das Unternehmen an seinem Hauptsitz im Grossraum Zürich hochpräzise Werkzeugmaschinen und Fertigungslösungen für anspruchsvolle Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Industrien weltweit. Zur Verstärkung des siebenköpfigen Entwicklungsteams suchen wir eine engagierte, führungserfahrene Persönlichkeit, die die Zukunft hochpräziser Maschinen mitgestalten möchte. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung des Mechanik\-Entwicklungsteams. Gleichzeitig arbeiten Sie aktiv an der Entwicklung der nächsten Generation hochpräziser Werkzeugmaschinen mit und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag dazu, innovative Technologien erfolgreich zur Marktreife zu führen und in die Praxis umzusetzen. Ihre Aufgaben Führung (ca. 40 %) Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Mechanik\-Entwicklungsteams Förderung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden Ressourcen\-, Kapazitäts\- und Einsatzplanung Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Termin\- und Kostenzielen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung sowie den Bereichen Verkauf, Software\-, Systementwicklung und Produktion Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Zielvereinbarungen Entwicklung (ca. 60 %) Entwicklung und Konstruktion neuer sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender hochpräziser Werkzeugmaschinen und Baugruppen Erstellung von Fertigungsunterlagen und technischer Dokumentation Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen zur Sicherung der technologischen Spitzenposition Betreuung von Prototypen bis zur erfolgreichen Serienreife Durchführung technischer Analysen, Versuche und Optimierungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau (FH/ETH) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Werkzeugmaschinen Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Hartfeinbearbeitung Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und Auslegung hochpräziser Baugruppen und Antriebssysteme Sehr gute CAD\-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise in SolidWorks Gute Kenntnisse moderner Entwicklungsmethoden (z. B.
