Fachbereichsleiter Stanzerei (w/m/d) 100% Präzision, die Wirkung zeigt – von der Medizintechnik bis in die Raumfahrt. Unsere Feinstmetallgewebe sieht man selten, ihre Wirkung ist jedoch überall spürbar. Sie kommen in Brennstoffzellen und Batterien zum Einsatz, in moderner Elektronik und Akustik, in der Wasserfiltration, der Biotechnologie sowie in der Luft\- und Raumfahrt. Bei BOPP entwickeln und produzieren wir hochpräzise Feinstmetallgewebe für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen weltweit. Unsere Lösungen entstehen dort, wo es auf kleinste Details ankommt und auf Menschen, die ihr Handwerk verstehen. Als Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Stanzerei suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Fachbereichsleiter Stanzerei (w/m/d) 100% Zu deinen verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Stanzerei mit rund 20 bis 25 Mitarbeitenden sowie zwei direkt unterstellten Führungskräften Sicherstellung von Qualität, Produktivität, Termintreue und Arbeitssicherheit Planung und Steuerung von Personal\-, Maschinen\- und Produktionskapazitäten Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Anlagen und Arbeitsabläufen (KVP) Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Einleitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen Unterstützung bei technischen Abklärungen, Investitions\- und Automatisierungsprojekten Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Sicherheits\- und Umweltstandards Anforderungen: Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Produktion, Führung oder Betriebswirtschaft Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Produktionserfahrung in der industriellen Serienfertigung Erfahrung in der Stanztechnik, Metallverarbeitung oder einem vergleichbaren Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Prozessoptimierung und Qualitätsmanagement Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Unternehmerische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Führungs\- und Sozialkompetenz Wir bieten: Eine spannende, abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit Einen modernen und sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem professionellen Umfeld, geprägt von Vertrauen und Offenheit Sehr kurze Entscheidungswege und eine familiäre Unternehmenskultur Ein Team, dass sich gegenseitig unterstützt und gemeinsam an Lösungen arbeitet Individuelle Einarbeitung und Schulung bei Stellenantritt Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen mit sicherer Vorsorgeeinrichtung Eine Anstellung bei einem 2026 von Deloitte als «Best Managed Company» ausgezeichneten Unternehmen Suchst du eine besondere Herausforderung?
