Interessieren Sie sich für Gesetzgebungsprozesse sowie für die rechtlichen Herausforderungen im Gesundheitswesen sowie in der Digitalisierung?

Dann bieten wir Ihnen eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe an der Schnittstelle von Recht und Politik.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Personelle und fachliche Führung des Fachbereichs mit 3 Mitarbeitenden
  • Projektleitung und inhaltliche Erarbeitung von Rechtsetzungsprojekten im Gesundheitsbereich (u.a. Umsetzung EFAS, Digitalisierung Gesundheitsbereich)
  • Unterstützung der Ämter und der Direktion bei juristischen Fragestellungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Spitalversorgung, ambulante Versorgung, Pflegefinanzierung, Datenschutz, Digitalisierung
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für den Regierungsrat in diesem Bereich

Ihr Profil

  • Anwaltspatent oder juristisches Lizentiat/Master of Law mit spezifischer Berufserfahrung im Verwaltungsrecht, idealerweise im Gesundheits\- und Datenschutzrecht
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • Rechtsetzungserfahrung sowie Interesse an Fragestellungen im Gesundheitsbereich
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und Beratungskompetenz
  • Sprachkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau (C2\) in Deutsch oder ösisch mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache (Niveau C1\)

Über uns

Die Rechtabteilung bearbeitet die Geschäfte der GSI in rechtlicher Hinsicht. Sie ist insbesondere zuständig für: •Alle Rechtsetzungsarbeiten der GSI •Juristische Beratung und Unterstützung aller Organisationseinheiten der Direktion •Instruktion von Beschwerdeverfahren und Erarbeitung der Beschwerdeentscheide der GSI •Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Rechtsanwendung innerhalb der Direktion

Die Rechtsabteilung des Generalsekretariats besteht aus drei Fachbereichen. Das Gesamtteam ist alters\- und geschlechtsmässig durchmischt und pflegt eine offene und unterstützende Arbeitskultur.
