Fachbereichsleitung HF\-Pflege Sargans

\* Sie führen und begleiten die Dozierenden, fördern deren pädagogische Kompetenz und schaffen ein inspirierendes Arbeitsklima \* Sie arbeiten eng mit den anderen Fachbereichsleitungen, dem Sekretariat und der Schulleitung zusammen \* Sie gestalten und evaluieren den Unterricht und sind nahe an den Studierenden sowie den Lernprozessen \* Sie entwickeln den Fachbereich fachlich weiter, nutzen das Learning Management System (LMS) gezielt zur Qualitätssteigerung und arbeiten eng mit Praxisinstitutionen zusammen
