Die Verwaltung des Kantons Zürich befindet sich im Wandel: Digitale Lösungen entstehen, neue Angebote für Bevölkerung und Wirtschaft werden aufgebaut – und damit verbunden verändern sich auch Rollen, Strukturen und die Zusammenarbeit. Es gilt, Aufbau\- und Ablauforganisation so zu gestalten, dass sie den Anforderungen einer vernetzten und digitalen Verwaltung gerecht werden. Ein wichtiger Fokus dabei ist der organisationale Umgang mit künstlicher Intelligenz.

Innerhalb des verantworten wir die Organisationsentwicklung und gestalten die dafür notwendigen Rahmenbedingungen, damit übergreifende Themenfelder und Vorhaben koordiniert umgesetzt und verankert werden können. Bist du bereit, die Zukunft des Kantons Zürich aktiv mitzugestalten? Zusammen mit dir setzen wir die um und gestalten damit die digitale Transformation des Kantons Zürich.

Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine/n Fachexpert/in Organisation, 80 \- 100%.

Deine Aufgaben

Du schaffst die organisationalen Grundlagen für eine digitale Verwaltung, die ihre Leistungen effizient und dienstleistungsorientiert erbringt. Konkret heisst das: \- Du unterstützt die Verwaltung, übergreifende Zusammenarbeitsstrukturen in Querschnittsthemenfeldern der digitalen Transformation aufzubauen und wirksam zu verankern. \- Du berätst und/oder begleitest Projekte der kantonalen Verwaltung bei organisationsbezogenen Fragestellungen und trägst dazu bei, die (Zusammenarbeits\-) Strukturen, Prozesse und Kompetenzen für eine moderne Verwaltung weiterzuentwickeln. \- Ein wichtiger Fokus deiner Arbeit sind die organisationalen Auswirkungen von KI, die du proaktiv bearbeitest, indem du Organisationseinheiten und KI\-Vorhaben unterstützt. \- Du greifst Impulse aus dem internen und externen Umfeld auf und leitest daraus Anpassungen im organisationalen Kontext ab.

Dein Profil

\- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit und hast dabei ein breites Organisationsverständnis entwickelt. \- Du bringst einen Masterabschluss mit (z.B. in Management, Organisation \& Kultur oder Organisationsentwicklung). \- Du betrachtest Organisationen systemisch, erkennst Zusammenhänge und leitest daraus konkrete Ansatzpunkte für Veränderungen ab. \- Du verfügst über ein Grundverständnis zu Daten und KI, das du dir durch Berufserfahrung oder gezielte Weiterbildungen angeeignet hast. \- Du arbeitest gerne konzeptionell, ohne dabei die Umsetzung aus den Augen zu verlieren und hast dich bereits in verschiedenen Projekten als Teamplayer/\-in bewiesen. \- Ganzheitliches Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Mass an Selbstorganisation runden dein Profil ab.
