Zur Unterstützung unseres agilen Handels\-Team an unseren Standorten in Zürich und Luzern suchen wir einen erfahrenen und motivierten Fachexperten Fondshandel \& Wertschriften\-Abwicklung. Ihre Aufgaben In dieser auf zwei Jahre befristeten Position liegt Ihr Schwerpunkt auf der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Bereich Corporate Actions\- sowie der Fondsabwicklung. Durch Ihre Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft des Handels entlasten Sie unsere Schlüsselpersonen und gewinnen wertvolle Einblicke in die operativen Abläufe. Sie treiben die Qualitäts\- und Effizienzsteigerung entlang der gesamten Prozesskette im Bereich Corporate Actions Abwicklung voran, indem Sie klare Prozesse, Kontrollen und Standards etablieren und deren Einhaltung sicherstellen. Mittels Root\-Cause\-Analysen identifizieren Sie Schwachstellen, leiten nachhaltige Verbesserungen ab und eskalieren Probleme konsequent an die zuständigen Stellen. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt im Aufbau einer belastbaren Grundlage für Prozessautomatisierungen und Effizienzsteigerungen in der Fondsabwicklung. Sie analysieren und optimieren bestehende Abläufe und fördern die Digitalisierung sowie die Reduktion manueller Tätigkeiten. Zudem übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei Kapitalmassnahmen unserer Infrastrukturanlagen bei der Klärung, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Schnittstellen zwischen Handel, Depotbank, Infrastrukturanlagen\-Anbieter, Fondsleitung, Outsourcing Partner (Backoffice) und Front. Ihr Fokus liegt dabei effiziente, durchgängige und qualitativ hochwertige Abläufe sicherzustellen. Ihr Profil Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate Actions, Wertschriften\- oder Fondsabwicklung bzw. in einer vergleichbaren Position mit. Zudem verfügen Sie über gute Avaloq\-Kenntnisse sowie ein solides Verständnis der Zusammenhänge zwischen SIX SIS\- Depotstellen\- und den Fondsprozessen. Sie arbeiten strukturiert, genau und termingetreu, analysieren Probleme sorgfältig und setzen Massnahmen konsequent um. Gleichzeitig bringen Sie die notwendige Seniorität mit, um externe Provider hartnäckig zu steuern, Spezialfälle selbständig zu bearbeiten und Stellvertretungen im Fondshandel zuverlässig wahrzunehmen.
