Sie bringen Abschlüsse sicher auf den Punkt, denken analytisch und möchten Prozesse, Auswertungen und Systeme aktiv weiterentwickeln? Dann erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Schlüsselrolle mit Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum.

Ihre Aufgaben

\- Selbständige Erstellung von Jahres\- und Zwischenabschlüssen nach OR für mehrere Gruppen\-, Beteiligungs\- und Baugesellschaften (inklusive ARGEs).

\- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Revisionen und Prüfstellen sowie fachliche Unterstützung (z. B. Abgrenzungen, Bewertungen, MWST, etc.) von CFO und Finanzteam.

\- Aufbau/Weiterentwicklung von Abacus\-Auswertungen sowie Optimierung von Projekt\-, Deckungsbeitrags\- und Rentabilitätsauswertungen.

\- Erkennen und Umsetzen von Prozessverbesserungen, Weiterentwicklung von Abacus\-Konfigurationen und Schnittstellen sowie Koordination von Projekten mit internen/externen Partnern.

\- Unterstützung des Finanzteams im Tagesgeschäft (Kreditorenworkflow, Abstimmungen, ARGE\-Buchführung, etc.).

Ihr Profil

\- Hohe Abschlusssicherheit nach OR sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines KMU.

\- IT\-Affinität sowie sehr gute Abacus\-Kenntnisse in FiBu und Anlagen; AbaProject und/oder AbaBau von Vorteil.

\- Selbstständige, strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise (hohe Eigenmotivation ist ein "Muss").

\- Freude an Prozessoptimierungen und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung des Rechnungswesens.

\- Klare Kommunikation, hohe Koordinationsfähigkeit und unternehmerisches (lösungsorientiertes) Denken.

\- Erfahrungen in der Baubranche sind ein Plus, jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig.

Ihre Chance

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem CFO zusammen und übernehmen eine fachlich wie operativ zentrale Rolle im Rechnungswesen. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Finanzteam, Geschäftsführungen, Verwaltungsrat und externen Partnern gestalten Sie finanzielle Führungsinstrumente und Prozesse aktiv mit. Mit Ihrer Dienstleistungs\- und Coachingkompetenz unterstützen und entwickeln Sie zudem ein heterogenes Team weiter.
