Wir suchen dich als **Fachexpertin / Fachexperte (a)** im Bereich **Infektionsprävention und Spitalhygiene**zur Unterstützung unseres eingespielten und engagierten Teams. Bei Interesse und Eignung hast du zudem attraktive Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, z. B. mittelfristig die zentrale Ansprechperson der Spitalhygiene für Hirslanden Bern zu sein.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du trägst aktiv zur Verhütung, Erkennung und Bekämpfung nosokomialer Infektionen bei * Du befähigst das Spitalpersonal darin, Hygienestandards im Alltag konsequent umzusetzen -- bereichsübergreifend und nachhaltig verankert * Massnahmen zur Infektionsprävention standardisierst du und kontrollierst deren Einhaltung * Du erhebst und wertest epidemiologische Daten aus * Neue Prozesse gestaltest du effizient -- bestehende Abläufe verbesserst du kontinuierlich * Bei Spezialaufträgen und Projekten rund um die Infektionsprävention wirkst du engagiert mit

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF mit ergänzender Weiterbildung zur/zum Fachexperte/-in für Infektionsprävention * Das Schweizer Gesundheitswesen kennst du mit deiner mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung bestens, zudem konntest du auch in einem Akutspital bereits Erfahrungen sammeln * Du bist eine kommunikative sowie teamfähige Person mit einer positiven Grundhaltung * Du bist offen gegenüber Neuem, bringst dich aktiv ein und arbeitest selbständig sowie strukturiert * Gute IT-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office) sowie sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse (min. Niveau C1) runden dein Profil ab
