Das bringst du mit -Ausbildung als Aktivierungsfachfrau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation -Erfahrung in der Aktivierung und Begleitung älterer Menschen von Vorteil -Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein echtes Interesse an ihren individuellen Lebensgeschichten -Kreativität und Freude daran, neue Aktivitäten und Angebote zu entwickeln -Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und respektvoller Umgang mit unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern -Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise -Verantwortungsbewusstsein und organisatorisches Geschick -Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team -Gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Mundartverständnis -Bereitschaft, gelegentlich auch bei Anlässen oder speziellen Aktivitäten mitzuwirken

Deine Aufgaben -Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppenaktivierungen -Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und bedürfnisorientierten Aktivierungsprogramms -Förderung der sozialen, kognitiven, emotionalen und körperlichen Ressourcen unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner -Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung im Alltag -Erkennen und Berücksichtigen persönlicher Interessen, Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnisse -Organisation und Durchführung von Ausflügen, Veranstaltungen und saisonalen Aktivitäten -Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit Pflege und Betreuung -Dokumentation der durchgeführten Aktivierungen -Weiterentwicklung und Mitgestaltung unseres Aktivierungsangebotes
