Kind und Familie stehen im Mittelpunkt unserer Überlegungen und Handlungen, weshalb wir jedes Kind individuell begleiten, betreuen und fördern sowie die Elternarbeit als wichtigen Bestandteil des Alltags betrachten.  In altersgemischten Gruppen betreuen unsere Teams in der Kita pop e poppa zürichberg Kinder von 3 Monaten bis zum Kindergarten liebevoll und engagiert. Jedes Kind wird als einzigartige Persönlichkeit respektiert und wertgeschätzt. Wir achten uns auf die individuelle Entwicklung der Kinder und fördern die Kinder mit den Ansätzen der Montessori Pädagogik unter dem Leitsatz «Hilf mir es selbst zu tun».
