In unserem familiären Setting steht die Beziehungsarbeit stets im Mittelpunkt. Unterstütze uns bei der engagierten und wertschätzenden Betreuung der fünf Bewohner:innen (27- 70 Jahre) mit psychischer und kognitiver Beeinträchtigung.

Arbeitsort: Wohngruppe Chrosle, Moosseedorf (5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof) Stellenantritt: per 1. Dezember 2026

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit den Bewohner:innen den Alltag - von niederschwelligen Freizeitaktivitäten bis zu Haushaltsaufgaben wie Einkaufen oder Kochen.
  • Du begleitest die Bewohner:innen in der Gruppe und im 1:1-Setting und unterstützt sie bei der Grundpflege.
  • Du stärkst ihre Partizipation, eröffnest ihnen neue Lernfelder und förderst individuelle Ressourcen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung (FaBe) oder Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) EFZ.
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung und Freude an verantwortungsvoller Bezugspersonenarbeit.
  • Bereitschaft für Pikett- und Wochenenddienste (mit Ausgleich unter der Woche).
  • Teamgeist, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Interesse an fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung.
