Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung od Gesundheit/Pflegefachperson HF für den Nachtdienst 30-40% - Ref.WO203 ##

In fünf verschiedenen Wohneinheiten bieten wir in der Schärenmatte rund 50 Menschen mit einer schweren kognitiven oder mehrfachen Beeinträchtigung ein Zuhause an. Dort werden sie rund um die Uhr ihren individuellen Möglichkeiten entsprechend in ihrem Alltag unterstützt. In fünf Ateliers erhalten sie eine ihren Bedürfnissen angepasste Tages- und Arbeitsstruktur. Unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner wünschen sich jemanden, der auf ihre eigenen Bedürfnisse und Gewohnheiten eingeht.

Aufgaben ###

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Bewohnenden während der Nacht
  • fachliche Verantwortung bei medizinisch-pflegerischen Aufgaben
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen
  • Führung der Betreuungs-Software RedLine
  • Erledigung von Haushaltsarbeiten

Erfordernisse ###

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder Pflegefachperson HF
  • Erfahrung im Nachtdienst von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderungen von Vorteil
  • Anwendungskenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft Office-Programme
  • hohe Einsatzflexibilität, selbstständige und geduldige Persönlichkeit
