Der Bereich Beschäftigung und Arbeit der Stiftung Arkadis bietet Erwachsenen mit Behinderungen vielfältige Möglichkeiten für eine sinnstiftende Tagesstruktur und Arbeit. In unseren Tagesstätten, im Arkadis-Laden und in unseren Gastronomiebetrieben stehen die individuellen Fähigkeiten, Bedürfnisse und Interessen unserer Klientinnen und Klienten im Mittelpunkt. Für unsere Tagesstätte Kreatives und Handwerk suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson, die unsere Klientinnen und Klienten im Alltag begleitet, ihre Selbständigkeit fördert und gemeinsam mit ihnen sinnvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten gestaltet. Unsere Klientinnen und Klienten wünschen sich eine Person, die «kreativ, nett und humorvoll» ist.

Aufgaben ###

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Bewohnenden, Klientinnen und Klienten im Arbeitsumfeld
  • Anwendung von multimodaler Kommunikation
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • Transportfahrten von Klientinnen und Klienten mit dem Institutionsbus
  • Erledigung von Haushaltsarbeiten

Erfordernisse ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ
  • Interesse und Erfahrung an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit herausforderndem Verhalten
  • kreatives und handwerkliches Flair, gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • persönliche Kompetenzen: selbständige, flexible und belastbare Person als Teamplayer
