DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Bearbeiten, Ausführen und Dokumentieren von Arbeitsaufträgen sowie Erfassen und Weiterleiten von Störungen und Reklamationen im Waveware-System
  • Ausführen von Wartungsarbeiten und Reparaturen an und in den Gebäuden
  • Überprüfen der Funktionsfähigkeit der technischen Anlagen
  • Instandstellung (Möbel, Lampen und sonstiges Equipment)
  • Gewährleistung der allgemeinen Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gebäuden

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (Schweizer Fähigkeitsausweis oder gleichwertiger Abschluss) erwünscht
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Hauswartung und Dienstleistungsbereich (Facility Management)Erfahrung im Bereich eines Technischen Dienstes im Spitalwesen ist von Vorteil.
  • Selbständiges, unabhängiges und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Gültiger Fahrausweis Kat. B für Fahrzeuge bis 3.5 t
