The posting

Für das Schulhaus Loogarten suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, jedoch spätestens per 1. Januar 2027 eine zuverlässige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ. Die Arbeitszeiten sind von Montag bis Freitag ab 07.00 Uhr und richten sich nach dem betrieblichen Bedarf.

Aufgaben ##

  • Bearbeiten und Beheben von Notfällen, Störungen und Mängeln an Gebäuden, technischen Anlagen, Geräten, Maschinen, Mobiliar usw.
  • Wartung und Pflege von Maschinen und Geräten
  • Lagerbewirtschaftung: Schulmobiliar, Reinigungsgeräten, Reinigungschemie, Verbrauchsmaterialien usw.
  • Entsorgung von Wertstoffen und Abfällen gemäss Entsorgungskonzept
  • Bereitstellung der Infrastruktur für interne und externe Anlässe
  • Unterstützung des Leiters Hausdienst und Technik
  • Kontrollgänge vor Schulbetrieb und nach Betriebsschluss
  • Pflege der Aussenanlagen: Entfernen von Laub und Littering auf Hartplätze sowie entfernen von Littering auf Grünflächen und sicherstellen des Winterdienstes
  • Sicherstellen der Wäscheversorgung
  • Durchführung von Unterhalts-, Zwischen- und Grundreinigungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung Gebäudesicherheit

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt EFZ
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit PC und gängigen Softwarenanwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung
  • Fachmännisches Handeln bei Schäden und Notfälle
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Reinigungssysteme und deren Abläufe
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Maschinen und Geräte
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem lebendigen Umfeld und am Umgang mit Kindern
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
