Das Musikkollegium Winterthur zählt seit 1629 zu den bedeutendsten Einrichtungen für klassische Musik und musikalische Bildung – mit Wirkung weit über die Schweiz hinaus. Als Verein führt es sowohl das Berufsorchester als auch das Konservatorium Winterthur und vereint rund 200 Mitarbeitende und Musiker/innen unter seinem Dach.

Im Zuge einer Neustrukturierung des Bereichs Finanzen \& Personal suchen wir eine/n

Fachfrau/Fachmann Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (50\-70%) -----------------------------------------------------------

IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNG

In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie selbstständig und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihren Kolleginnen vom Team Finanzen \& Personal sämtliche finanziellen Abläufe – vom Kreditoren\- und Debitorenwesen über das Hauptbuch bis hin zu den Abschlussarbeiten. Sie übernehmen sukzessiv die Mitverantwortung für die Lohnbuchhaltung und bringen Ihr Know\-how auch in HR\-Aufgaben mit ein. Darüber hinaus wirken Sie aktiv am weiteren Ausbau der Controlling\-Strukturen mit.

IHR PROFIL

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis und bringen Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen mit – idealerweise ergänzt durch Know\-how im Non\-Profit\- und/oder Kulturbereich. Eine strukturierte, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen, zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie hohe Zuverlässigkeit. Sie arbeiten gerne mit Zahlen, schätzen gleichzeitig den Kontakt mit Menschen und beherrschen MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sicher.
