Für unseren Kunden in der Region Basel-Land suchen wir per 01.11.2026 bis 30.06.2027 eine engagierte Fachfrau / einen engagierten Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ 100 %.

Art der Arbeit: -Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner -Fachgerechte Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege -Lückenlose Pflegedokumentation -Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung -Sicherstellung einer professionellen Pflegequalität -Arbeiten nach geltenden Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards -Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team

Anforderungen: -Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ -Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege oder Spitex -Hohe Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein -Freude an einer ganzheitlichen Pflege und Betreuung -Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise -Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2) -Teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
