SanoVeaCare AG baut eine moderne Spitex im Raum Zürich auf. Dafür suchen wir eine engagierte Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, die oder der unsere Kundinnen und Kunden professionell und persönlich zu Hause begleitet.

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • selbstständige Durchführung geplanter Pflegeeinsätze
  • Beobachtung und Weitergabe von Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand
  • Medikamentenmanagement im Rahmen Deiner Kompetenzen
  • sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation und Leistungserfassung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegefachpersonen, Ärzteschaft und Angehörigen
  • Unterstützung der Kundinnen und Kunden im Alltag
  • Mitwirkung an einer konstant hohen Pflegequalität

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abschluss als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • wertschätzender Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • digitale Grundkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil

Spitex-Erfahrung ist willkommen, aber kein Muss.
