Tertianum est présent avec des résidences et des centres d'habitation et de soins dans plus de 100 sites à travers toute la Suisse.

Spécialiste en santé CFC 60-80% #

La résidence Tertianum Im Brühl est située au cœur de Zürich-Höngg et offre environ 130 places dans les formes d'habitation appartement et secteur de soins. Les restaurants Am Brühlbach (public) et Reblaube (interne), les salles de banquet et de séminaire, la piscine couverte, le cabinet médical, la physiothérapie, le coiffeur complètent notre offre. Notre résidence est bien desservie par les transports publics.

 

Pour notre équipe de la résidence Tertianum Im Brühl, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou à convenir un/une  

Spécialiste en santé CFC 60-80%

Vos tâches

* Prise en charge globale des résidents conformément à la mission et à la planification du processus de soins dans les appartements et au service de soins * Planification et conduite des réunions de cas * Responsabilité de l'élaboration des plans de soins et de l'évaluation des prestations de soins * Exécution des soins thérapeutiques et des activités médico-techniques * Assumer régulièrement la responsabilité quotidienne * Prise en charge d'un thème & mise en œuvre du thème au sein de l'équipe  

Votre profil :

  • Certificat fédéral de capacité en tant que spécialiste en santé (FAGE CFC)
  • Expérience en soins de longue durée
  • Communication assurée en langue allemande
  • Goût pour le travail autonome, la coordination et l'organisation ainsi que l'envie de relever des défis
  • Esprit d'équipe, cordialité et attitude empathique
