Spécialiste en santé CFC 80-100%

 

Vos tâches

  • Soins et accompagnement globaux des hôtes conformément à notre concept de soins et au processus de soins
  • Prise en charge des tâches en tant que personne de référence en soins
  • Participation au processus de soins et à l-évaluation des besoins en soins avec RAI pour les hôtes attribués
  • Documentation électronique des soins via CareCoach (mobile possible avec smartphone CareCoach)
  • Planification et accompagnement des visites médicales
  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité quotidienne
  • Prise en charge de tâches en tant que responsable thématique d-un sujet spécialisé et participation au réseau de groupe pour la qualité des soins

Votre profil

  • Formation achevée de spécialiste en santé CFC
  • Expérience professionnelle en soins de longue durée un atout
  • Connaissances RAI souhaitées ou volonté de suivre ces cours (pris en charge)
  • Attitude chaleureuse et pleine d-humour
  • Goût pour les défis variés
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit
