Das bewegst du bei uns

  • In der interdisziplinären Rehabilitation im Bereich Innere Medizin (mit internistischen und geriatrischen Schwerpunkten) führst du die delegierten pflegerischen Massnahmen fachgerecht aus und stellst den gesamten Pflegeprozess sicher.
  • Du betreust und begleitest mittel bis schwer pflegebedürftige und Patienten.
  • Du unterstützt die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Koordination der angebotenen Dienstleistungen.

  • Mit deiner abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zur Fachfrau / zum Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ.
  • Mit deiner Fähigkeit in komplexen und heiklen Situationen ruhig und sachlich zu agieren.
  • Mit deiner Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit (Tages- und Spätdienst)
  • Weil du Bereitschaft, Freude und Interesse an der Betreuung und Begleitung von Lernenden mitbringst.

Über uns

Die Barmelweid ist die führende Spezial- und Rehabilitationsklinik in der Nordwestschweiz und die grösste Psychosomatische Klinik der Schweiz. In 285 Betten betreut die Klinik Patientinnen und Patienten stationär. Die Klinik ist spezialisiert auf geriatrische, internistische, kardiovaskuläre und pulmonale Rehabilitation, Long-Covid, psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie, Psychokardiologie sowie Schlafmedizin. Auf der Barmelweid stehen die Lean-Denkweise und -Methoden im Zentrum: Alle Bemühungen richten sich auf die Patientinnen und Patienten aus. Dazu gehören standardisierte Sicherheitsrunden, das Patientenboard sowie die Nivellierung der Auslastung auf den Stationen mittels Flows. Die Pflege im Departement Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie wird mit der Methode der Bezugspflege vervollständigt, die Pflege im Departement Innere Medizin mit den Care-Mangerinnen und Care-Manager. In der Regel bleiben die Patientinnen und Patienten 2 bis 6 Wochen auf der Barmelweid. Dies gibt unseren Pflegenden Zeit, sich vertieft mit den Patientinnen und Patienten auseinanderzusetzen. Es erwartet Sie ein lebendiger Betrieb mit interprofessioneller Arbeit, die alle Skills einer Pflegenden oder eines Pflegenden abruft. Die Barmelweid beschäftigt über 750 Mitarbeitende. Sie liegt auf rund 800 Metern Höhe auf einer Lichtung im Aargauer Jura und ist eingebettet in eine einzigartige Umgebung mit Naturpark.
