Für unsere Kunden im Raum Zürich suchen wir motivierte und zuverlässige Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ für temporäre Einsätze im Akutbereich.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich von Vorteil
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Belastbare, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Akutbereich
  • Gewissenhafte Durchführung von pflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Massnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege unter Berücksichtigung der Standards und Werte der Institution
  • Beobachtung und Beurteilung des Gesundheitszustandes sowie Weitergabe relevanter Informationen
  • Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Fachpersonen
  • Sorgfältige und lückenlose Pflegedokumentation
