Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ Temporäre Einsätze in der Spitex Zur Verstärkung unserer Kunden suchen wir engagierte und flexible Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ für temporäre Einsätze in der Spitex. Sie pflegen und betreuen Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem Zuhause und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu deren Wohlbefinden und Lebensqualität.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der Spitex
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Empathie
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld
  • Durchführung medizinaltechnischer Verrichtungen wie Medikamentenabgabe, Vitalzeichenkontrollen und Wundversorgung
  • Unterstützung der Klientinnen und Klienten bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
  • Beobachtung und Weitergabe relevanter Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustandes
  • Fachgerechte und lückenlose Pflegedokumentation
