Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ40\-50 % Die Klinik Südhang bietet Menschen mit einer Abhängigkeitserkrankung die Aussicht auf ein gesundes und selbstbestimmtes Leben. Die Behandlung orientiert sich an den Bedürfnissen und der Lebenssituation der Betroffenen. Als Klinik gewähren wir unseren Mitarbeitenden Raum zur Gestaltung und laden sie ein, aktiv bei der Entwicklung der Klinik mit ihrem modularen Behandlungsprogramm mitzuwirken. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams in der Klinik Südhang in Kirchlindach suchen wir per sofort oder per sofort eine\*n Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ40\-50 % Sie unterstützen und begleiten Menschen mit einer Suchtmittelabhängigkeit oder einer Mehrfachproblematik während der fortführenden Therapie nach dem Entzug jeweils am Abend sowie an den Wochenenden. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Mitarbeit auf den Stationen, die Anwesenheits\-, Zimmer\- und Atemluftkontrollen, die Triage bei Notfallsituationen und Krisen, das schriftliche Dokumentieren der Ereignisse sowie das Erledigen verschiedener administrativer Tätigkeiten. Als engagierte Fachperson arbeiten Sie selbständig und übernehmen gerne verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben zu Gunsten einer patientenzentrierten Pflege und Betreuung. Sie sind neugierig, kommunikativ und verfügen über gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten. Eine konstruktive und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
