Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit FaGe 40 \- 100% Deine Hauptaufgaben Professionelle Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohnenden Fachgerechte Ausführung der verordneten medizin\-diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen Übernahme der Tageskoordination Mitverantwortlich für die Umsetzung des pflegerischen Leistungsauftrages Sicherstellen des Pflegeprozesses mittels BESA \& easyDok Das bringst Du mit Motivation, in einer Langzeitinstitution (offene, geschützte Abteilungen oder auf der Abteilung mit AÜP) zu arbeiten Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ Interesse an Fort\- und Weiterbildungen Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute digitale Kenntnisse für die tägliche elektronische Administration mit BESA, easyDOK und den gängigen Office\-Programmen Weiterbildung als Berufsbildner/in oder Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren Berufserfahrung in einer Langzeitinstitution von Vorteil Deine Ansprechperson Wir freuen uns, wenn du mit uns Kontakt aufnimmst.
