Als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ möchten Sie Ihre Erfahrung in einem spezialisierten chirurgischen Umfeld einbringen und Patientinnen und Patienten während ihres Behandlungsverlaufs professionell begleiten.

Für eine moderne Gesundheitseinrichtung in der Region Aarau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 %.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion arbeiten Sie in den Fachbereichen Plastische Chirurgie, Handchirurgie und Urologie und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer hochwertigen, patientenorientierten Betreuung.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe • Sie pflegen und betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten im Bereich der plastischen Chirurgie, Handchirurgie und Urologie • Sie übernehmen delegierte pflegerische Aufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen • Sie arbeiten interprofessionell mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und tragen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei • Sie unterstützen im administrativen, logistischen sowie organisatorischen Bereich auf der Station • Sie arbeiten nach modernen Leanprinzipien und bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe ein

Das bringen Sie mit • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich von Vorteil • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Interesse an pflegerischen, administrativen und technischen Aufgaben im Spitalalltag
