Als Fachfrau Operationstechnik HF, Fachmann Operationstechnik HF oder Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann FA OP möchten Sie Ihr Fachwissen nicht nur im Operationssaal einsetzen, sondern auch an die nächste Generation von Fachpersonen weitergeben. Für eine renommierte Privatklinik in Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 %. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie operative Exzellenz mit einer verantwortungsvollen Berufsbildnerfunktion und begleiten Studierende während ihrer praktischen Ausbildung.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Instrumentieren und Zudienen bei operativen Eingriffen in einer gewählten chirurgischen Fachgruppe
  • Durchführung aller vor- und nachbereitenden Massnahmen im Operationssaal
  • Fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Bedienung von Geräten, Instrumenten und Sterilgütern
  • Überwachung und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in Lokalanästhesie
  • Dokumentation der pflegerischen Tätigkeiten inklusive Leistungserfassung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs im Operationsbereich
  • Mitarbeit bei hochspezialisierten chirurgischen Eingriffen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Chirurginnen, Chirurgen, Anästhesie und OP Teams

Zusätzlich als Berufsbildnerin oder Berufsbildner

  • Fachliche und pädagogische Begleitung von Studierenden während ihrer praktischen Ausbildung
  • Umsetzung des Bildungsauftrags gemäss Ausbildungskonzept
  • Unterstützung der Studierenden bei der Entwicklung fachlicher und persönlicher Kompetenzen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Leitungspersonen und Fachverantwortlichen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildungsqualität

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Operationstechnik HF oder Fachmann Operationstechnik HF beziehungsweise als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann FA OP
  • Abgeschlossener SVEB Kurs oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Freude an der Ausbildung und Begleitung von Studierenden
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend-, Pikett- und Nachtdiensten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
