Als Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF oder Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit Schwerpunkt OP arbeiten Sie im Raum Zürich in einer Klinik und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle im Operationssaal. In einem Pensum nach Absprache tragen Sie aktiv zur chirurgischen Qualitätssicherung bei und begleiten Patientinnen und Patienten professionell während operativer Eingriffe.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Instrumentieren und Zudienen bei operativen Eingriffen in einer gewählten chirurgischen Fachrichtung
  • Fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung des Operationssaals
  • Überwachung und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in Lokalanästhesie
  • Lückenlose Dokumentation der pflegerischen Leistungen inklusive Leistungserfassung
  • Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und effizienten Tagesablaufs im OP
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Chirurgie, Anästhesie und Pflege

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF oder als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF mit OP Weiterbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Operationsbereich von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten, Pikettdiensten und Nachtdiensten
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und präzise Arbeitsweise
