Ihre Aufgaben Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden gemäss Pflegeplanung Unterstützung bei der Grund\- und Behandlungspflege Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung im Früh\- und/oder Spätdienst Beobachtung und Weitergabe relevanter Veränderungen Mitverantwortung für eine lückenlose Pflegedokumentation Unterstützung im Tagesablauf und bei Alltagsaktivitäten Ihr Profil Must\-have: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FAGE EFZ Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Gute Deutschkenntnisse Nice\-to\-have: Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege Erfahrung mit elektronischer Pflegedokumentation Weiterbildung in einem pflegerischen Schwerpunkt Erfahrungen mit inter RAI LTCF oder Koordinator/Supervisor Wir bieten Fachliche Verantwortung und aktiven Gestaltungsspielraum interne und externe Weiterbildungen sowie Supervision und Fachgruppen Gesundheitsfördernde Angebote (z.
