Die Laboro AG ist ein spezialisiertes Personalverleihunternehmen im Gesundheitswesen. Für einen unserer Kunden im Kanton Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und zuverlässige Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ.

Bei uns kannst du deine Erfahrung dort einsetzen, wo sie gebraucht wird, neue Institutionen kennenlernen und deine Verfügbarkeiten flexibel planen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Professionelle und herzliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen, Patienten sowie Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege gemäss deinen beruflichen Kompetenzen
  • Unterstützung der diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen im Pflegeprozess
  • Durchführung medizinaltechnischer Verrichtungen und Umsetzung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Weitergabe wichtiger Veränderungen
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der erbrachten Pflegeleistungen
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und des Wohlbefindens der betreuten Personen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegefachpersonen, Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Freude an der Pflege und am täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Einfühlungsvermögen und eine positive Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
