Die Laboro AG ist ein spezialisiertes Personalverleihunternehmen im Gesundheitswesen. Für einen unserer Kunden im Spitex-Bereich im Kanton Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und zuverlässige Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Pflege und Betreuung der Klientinnen und Klienten in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld
  • Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege gemäss den beruflichen Kompetenzen
  • Umsetzung ärztlicher Verordnungen sowie Durchführung medizinaltechnischer Verrichtungen
  • Förderung und Erhaltung der Selbstständigkeit der Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Weitergabe relevanter Veränderungen an das Pflegefachpersonal
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der erbrachten Pflegeleistungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen, Ärztinnen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der Spitex oder ambulanten Pflege von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
