aufgaben

  • sie pflegen, betreuen und begleiten die bewohnerinnen und bewohner im gerontopsychiatrischen bereich
  • dabei arbeiten sie in der alltagsgestaltung und aktivieren in zusammenarbeit mit dem aktivierungsteam
  • sie führen alltagsgespräche, mobilisieren und übernehmen delegierte arbeiten am bett
  • auch das medikamentenmanagement gehört in ihr anspruchsvolles aufgabengebiet
  • es handelt sich sowohl um somatisch als auch um psychisch kranke bewohnerinnen und bewohner
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 50 und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene ausbildung als fachfrau gesundheit efz / fachmann gesundheit efz
  • bei ausländischen diplomen ist eine anerkennung des schweizerischen roten kreuzes erforderlich
  • erfahrung in der gerontopsychiatrie ist wünschenswert, aber keine bedingung
  • verfügen sie über hohe sozialkompetenz, verantwortungsbewusstsein und sind eine bodenständige fachperson gesundheit "mit herz"?
