aufgaben

  • sie pflegen und betreuen die gäste nach ihren bedürfnissen, in der geschützten oder in der offenen wohngruppe
  • dabei übernehmen sie die tagesverantwortung
  • des weiteren nehmen sie an arztvisiten teil
  • ebenso stellen sie die dokumentation der pflegerelevanten beobachtungen sicher
  • sie leisten des weiteren eine wertvolle unterstützung bei der einstufung der bewohnenen mit rai-nh
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 50% und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine ausbildung als fachfrau gesundheit efz / fachmann gesundheit efz
  • bei ausländischen diplomen ist eine srk-anerkennung des schweizerischen roten kreuzes notwendig
  • zudem konnten sie bereits berufserfahrung in der langzeitpflege sammeln
  • wenn sie sich als empathisch, pflichtbewusst und kontaktfreudig bezeichnen, ...
