Fachfrau/-Mann Betreuung EFZ (FaBe) (20-30 %) ##

Die Schule Hergiswil erweitert ihr Betreuungssystem und sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, qualifizierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit für die Nachmittagsbetreuung mit Mittagstisch.

Ihre Aufgabe ist verantwortungsvoll und sinnstiftend

In der Nachmittagsbetreuung begleiten Sie Kinder in einem wichtigen Teil ihres Alltags. Sie bieten Struktur, Orientierung und Verlässlichkeit und gestalten einen wertschätzenden Rahmen, in dem sich Kinder wohlfühlen und entwickeln können. Dabei handeln Sie zielorientiert, pädagogisch fundiert und im engen Austausch mit Schule und Eltern.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Betreuung der Kinder über den Mittag und am Nachmittag
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung während des Mittagstisches
  • Gestaltung einer ruhigen, sicheren und förderlichen Betreuungsatmosphäre
  • Förderung sozialer Kompetenzen, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zusammenarbeit im Betreuungsteam sowie mit Lehrpersonen und Eltern

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene pädagogische oder betreuungsspezifische Qualifikation, Fachfrau/-Mann Betreuung EFZ
  • Freude und Kompetenz im Umgang mit Kindern
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Betreuungssystems mitzuwirken Pensum
  • 20-30 % (Montag, Dienstag, Donnerstag)
