Wir suchen ein/e Springer/in mit Aussicht als Fachperson auf einer Hortgruppe Die stiftung chinderhuus-sh.ch betreibt im Kanton Schaffhausen (Schaffhausen Herblingen und Beringen) drei Kindertagesstätten und zwei Mittagstische in Beringen und Löhningen. Täglich werden rund 140 Kinder im Alter von drei Monaten bis zwölf Jahren in altersgetrennten Gruppen betreut. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung am Standort in Glockengut ein/e Fachfrau/mann Kinderbetreuung FabeK EFZ, Springer/in Hort 80%-100% Ihr Profil Fachfrau/Fachmann Kinderbetreuung EFZ (als zwingende Voraussetzung) Freude und Offenheit gegenüber Menschen unterschiedlicher Art und Kultur (Kinder, Eltern, Team) Hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein Humor und kühlen Kopf bewahren in hektischen Situationen gute Umgangsformen beziehungsweise Team-, Konflikt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Ihre Aufgaben Mitdenken, Mitgestalten und Umsetzen unserer pädagogischen Qualität im Alltag Wertschätzende Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern Administrative Aufgaben wie Beobachtungen dokumentieren, Berichte schreiben Aktives Einbringen im Team bei der täglichen Arbeit und Teilnahme an Sitzungen Wir bieten Ihnen Bei uns stehen die Kinder im Mittelpunkt.
