November 2026 Stellenbeschrieb Die Gioia Cares GmbH ist eine private Institution, die sich seit 2015 für die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf engagiert. Das Unternehmen umfasst 9 Standorte, zwei davon mit integriertem Tagestreff für Senioren. Wir entlasten erwerbstätige Eltern und ermöglichen ihnen, mit gutem Gewissen ihrem Beruf nachzugehen. Konzeptionell richten wir uns nach dem Frühpädagogikkonzept und schaffen vielfältige Möglichkeiten für die Klein-, Vorschul- und Schulkinder, welche die Welt nach ihren Interessen erforschen. Das Wohlergehen und die persönlichen Bedürfnisse der Kinder stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt. Für die Kita Stettlen suchen wir per 01.11.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung  Fachperson Betreuung EFZ 50% (Option befristete Erhöhung Pensum: 01.12.2026 bis 15.01.2027 100%) Deine Aufgaben:  Du bist verantwortlich für die gewissenhafte Begleitung und die altersgerechte Förderung der Kinder  Als Fachperson übernimmst du Mitverantwortung für die Gestaltung des Kitaalltages mit Fanatasie, Begeisterung und Einfühlungsvermögen und schaffst mit deinem Team ein tolles Umfeld.
