Das Anna-Seiler-Haus zählt zu den modernsten und attraktivsten Spitalgebäuden der Schweiz und bietet ein innovatives Arbeitsumfeld auf universitärem Niveau. Im obersten Stockwerk befindet sich die Abteilung Insel Premium, in der halbprivat und privat versicherte Patient:innen betreut werden.

Werden Sie Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams und betreuen Sie Patient:innen mit komplexen internistischen Krankheitsbildern in einem anspruchsvollen und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld. In der hochspezialisierten Medizin begleiten Sie Patient:innen aus diversen internistischen, onkologischen sowie kardiovaskulären Fachbereichen.

Das erwartet Sie ##

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Tandem mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen zur gemeinsamen, kompetenzgerechten Patientenbetreuung
  • Mitgestaltung einer ganzheitlichen, individuellen und bedürfnisorientierten Pflege von Patient:innen mit vielfältigen und komplexen Krankheitsbildern
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in einem engagierten, interdisziplinären Team mit enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen medizinischen Fachdisziplinen
  • Arbeiten nach dem Lean-Konzept zur Förderung effizienter, strukturierter und patientenorientierter Abläufe

Das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau:mann Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe), idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Spitalumfeld
  • Freude an der Arbeit sowie eine positive und engagierte Grundhaltung
  • Hohe Motivation und Bereitschaft, sich neuen fachlichen und persönlichen Herausforderungen zu stellen
  • Offenheit, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
