Fachfrau/mann Lohnbuchhaltung, Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen Casanostra vermietet Wohnungen und bietet bei Bedarf eine individuell ausgerichtete Begleitung an. Das Angebot des Vereins richtet sich an armutsbetroffene und sozial benachteiligte Personen, Paare und Familien, die auf dem Wohnungsmarkt kaum eine bedarfsgerechte Wohnung mieten können oder Gefahr laufen, ihre Wohnung zu verlieren. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/\-n Fachfrau/mann Lohnbuchhaltung, Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (40 – 60 %) Sie sind Dreh\- und Angelpunkt für die Lohn\- und Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung und die Finanzen. In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie den Bereich Finanzen und Immobilien. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung führen Sie die Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung der Organisation und erhalten Einblick in die Liegenschaftsbewirtschaftung. Sie bereiten unter anderem den Jahresabschluss für die jährliche Revision vor.
