Für das Sprungbrett/Palettino suchen wir ab dem 1. März 2027 für die Dauer von 6 Monaten eine motivierte Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du bist agogisch in diversen Bereichen im Sprungbrett/Palettino und dem Joblade tätig, begleitest täglich wechselnde Gruppen von Teilnehmenden, übernimmst selbständig kleine Aufträge und führst diese mit den Teilnehmenden aus.
  • Du arbeitest neue Teilnehmende in den Betrieb ein und führst Eintrittsgespräche.
  • Du verfasst Journaleinträge und dokumentierst die Fallarbeit im EFAS.
  • Du übernimmst weitere organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben.
  • Du nimmst an Teamsitzungen, Fallbesprechungen und gegebenenfalls an internen Weiterbildungen teil.

Profil ##

  • Laufendes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit an einer Fachhochschule (1. Praktikum) / bei Vorpraktikum Absicht zum Studium in SA
  • Interesse an agogischen Fragestellungen und Bereitschaft zur Anleitung von Teilnehmenden bei der Arbeitsausführung
  • Rasches Erfassen von komplexen Situationen und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Rollen in der Beratung und Begleitung einzunehmen
  • Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse
