Für den Treffpunkt t-alk suchen wir ab dem 1. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Person für einen Zeitraum von 6-7 Monaten.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du baust professionelle Beziehungen zu Klient\*innen auf und unterstützt sie in Alltagsfragen.
  • Du führst Kurz- und Einzelfallberatungen durch und vermittelst die Klient\*innen bei Bedarf an andere Institutionen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Regeln und die Hausordnung eingehalten werden und intervenierst bei Konflikten.
  • Du leitest die Teilnehmenden bei Beschäftigungseinsätzen mit der Jobkarte nach dem Grundsatz des Empowerments an und führst das Ressort Jobkartenarbeit gemeinsam mit einer Arbeitskollegin.
  • Du begleitest und organisierst Freizeitaktivitäten.
  • Du nimmst an Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und Projekten teil und erledigst administrative Arbeiten (Falldokumentation, Protokollführung, Auszahlung von Teilnahmeentschädigungen, Abrechnung Tageskasse, u.a.).

  • Laufendes Studium an einer Fachhochschule in Sozialer Arbeit
  • Empathie, Flexibilität und Gelassenheit
  • Eigenverantwortung und sicheres Auftreten
  • Eine suchtakzeptierende Haltung sowie Interesse an der Arbeit mit Menschen am Rande der Gesellschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an Vielfalt
  • Bereitschaft für Wochenendeinsätze
