Fachleitung Hauswirtschaft 80 \- 100 % Die Stiftung azb in Strengelbach ist eine gemeinnützige Einrichtung, welche rund 400 Menschen mit einer kognitiven, körperlichen oder psychischen Beeinträchtigung betreute Wohnmöglichkeiten, Arbeits\- sowie Ausbildungs\- und Integrationsplätze anbietet. Für den Bereich Zentrale Dienste suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und innovative Persönlichkeit als Fachleitung Hauswirtschaft 80 \- 100 % Unsere Hauswirtschaft umfasst die Bereiche Wäscherei, Reinigung und Service. Mit deinem Team, bestehend aus Fachpersonen, Mitarbeitende mit Unterstützungsbedarf und Lernenden auf den Stufen PrA, EBA und EFZ, sorgst du für professionelle Dienstleistungen und leistest einen zentralen Beitrag zur Lebensqualität und zum Wohlbefinden der Menschen in der Stiftung azb. Deine Aufgaben sind: Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung der Hauswirtschaft mit den Bereichen Wäscherei, Reinigung und Service Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau unserer internen und externen Dienstleistungen, Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards Förderung, Begleitung und Ausbildung von Mitarbeitenden, Lernenden und Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf Verantwortung für die Materialbewirtschaftung sowie die Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen Betriebs Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in unterschiedlichen Projekten Du bringst mit: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Betriebsleiterin in Facility Management HF oder ähnliche Aus\- und Weiterbildung Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Entwicklung von Menschen, Dienstleistungen und Prozessen Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent sowie eine ökonomische, ökologische und soziale Denkweise Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Teams und Abacus sowie Freude an digitalen Arbeitsmitteln Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie eine wertschätzende und professionelle Kommunikation Unser Angebot: Eine interessante, vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit 5 Wochen Ferien, ab 50\.
