Im Raum Biel bietet sich einer Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einem Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (70-100 %) ab sofort eine temporäre Einsatzmöglichkeit im IMC-Bereich. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die professionelle Versorgung und Überwachung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit erhöhtem Betreuungsbedarf sowie eine enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Pflegefachperson, die sich rasch in bestehende Abläufe einfindet.

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung und kannst IMC-Erfahrung vorweisen
  • Deine fundierten Kenntnisse in der Akutpflege und im Umgang mit überwachungspflichtigen Patientinnen und Patienten setzt du sicher in der Praxis ein
  • Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Französisch
