Für ein Spital in der Region Bern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %) für eine Festanstellung. Du betreust Patientinnen und Patienten mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle im Pflegeprozess. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, therapeutischen Fachpersonen und weiteren Bereichen ermöglicht dir einen vielseitigen Berufsalltag und regelmässigen fachlichen Austausch

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Übernimm die ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten und steuere den Pflegeprozess von der Planung bis zur Evaluation 
  • Beurteile gesundheitliche Veränderungen, setze Prioritäten und leite innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen die erforderlichen Massnahmen ein 
  • Koordiniere dich eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst sowie weiteren Fachbereichen und bringe deine pflegefachliche Perspektive aktiv ein 
  • Stelle eine sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation, einen verlässlichen Informationsfluss sowie eine kontinuierliche Betreuung sicher 

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung 
  • Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich mit und verfügst über fundiertes pflegefachliches Wissen 
  • Auch in lebhaften Situationen setzt du Prioritäten, arbeitest strukturiert und handelst verantwortungsbewusst
