Das Staatsarchiv des Kantons Zürich ist mit seinen Archivbeständen aus 1150 Jahren das zentrale Archiv des Kantons Zürich und seiner historischen Rechtsvorgänger. Es überliefert Originalunterlagen des Kantonsrats, der Regierung, der kantonalen Zentral- und Bezirksverwaltung sowie der kantonalen Gerichte, Notariate und selbständig öffentlich-rechtlichen Anstalten und macht sie der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. Wir suchen per 1. Mai 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Fachliche/r Leiter/in Hausdienst und Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r 100 %.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Planung, Koordination und Ausführung von Unterhaltsarbeiten an den technischen Anlagen sowie Sicherstellung ihres ordnungsgemässen Betriebs, externe Kontakte
  • Organisation und Koordination der Hauswartungsarbeiten sowie Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Unterhalts- und Reparaturarbeiten)
  • Betreuung und Überwachung der Sicherheitssysteme (Einbruch, Feuer, Wasser etc.)
  • Wahrnehmung der Aufgabe als Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r sowie Durchführung von Sicherheitsschulungen
  • Erstellen und Aktualisieren von sicherheitsrelevanten Anleitungen und Weisungen

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit EFZ, vorzugsweise im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Gebäudeautomation, Elektrotechnik) oder in einem verwandten technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf
  • Weiterbildung als Hauswart/in mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Hauswartung bzw. Facility Management
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B; Staplerausweis sowie eine Ausbildung als Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r sind von Vorteil
  • Teamfähige, flexible und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft 365
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
