Für einen unserer Kunden im öffentlichen Bereich im Kanton Zürich sind wir auf der Suche nach einer/einem Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (m/w/) 100%.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben: ###

  • Sie stellen den zuverlässigen und einwandfreien Unterhalt von Gebäuden, Anlagen und deren Umgebung sicher.
  • Sie führen verschiedene Wartungs-, Kontroll- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten selbstständig durch.
  • Sie übernehmen kleinere Reparatur- und Unterhaltsarbeiten und sorgen für eine funktionierende Infrastruktur.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Pflege und dem Unterhalt der Innen- und Aussenanlagen.
  • Sie erkennen Störungen und Mängel frühzeitig und leiten entsprechende Massnahmen ein.
  • Sie koordinieren bei Bedarf externe Handwerker und unterstützen bei weiteren betrieblichen Aufgaben.
  • Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst und tragen zu einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild der Liegenschaften bei.

Ihr Profil: ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit EFZ als Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt oder eine vergleichbare technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung.
  • Sie bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Betriebsunterhalt, Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Management mit.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Sie verfügen über handwerkliches Geschick und ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
  • Sie sind flexibel, belastbar und bereit, unterschiedliche Aufgaben im täglichen Betrieb zu übernehmen.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie besitzen einen einwandfreien Strafregisterauszug, welcher für die Tätigkeit vorausgesetzt wird.
  • Sie treten freundlich, gepflegt und dienstleistungsorientiert auf.
