Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (m/w/d) ##

Aufgabenbereich:

Gebäudebetrieb & Unterhalt

  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemässen Gebäudezustands
  • Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung der technischen Anlagen wie Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär und Elektro
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Wartungsarbeiten durch externe Fachfirmen

Umgebungspflege

  • Pflege von Grünanlagen, Rasen, Hecken und Bepflanzungen
  • Reinigung und Unterhalt von Parkplätzen, Wegen und Plätzen
  • Durchführung des Winterdienstes inklusive Schneeräumung und Glatteisbekämpfung

Kundenbetreuung & Koordination

  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter, Eigentümer, Nutzer und Besucher
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungs- und Schadensmeldungen
  • Koordination von Handwerkern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Sonderanlässen

Administration

  • Führen von Kontroll- und Wartungsprotokollen
  • Erstellen von Rapporten und Schadensmeldungen
  • Einholen von Offerten sowie Materialbestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei Budget- und Kostenkontrollen

Anforderungen:

  • Zwingend abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung EFZ oder Ausbildung als Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betriebsunterhalt, Facility Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Idealerweise mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Breites handwerkliches und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten im Kontakt mit Kunden und Mietern
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens Niveau B1
  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf Winterdienst zu leisten
