The posting

Aufgaben

  • Du kümmerst dich um den Unterhalt unserer Gebäude, Einrichtungen, Maschinen und Geräte und führst kleinere Reparaturen gleich selbst aus.
  • Du hältst unsere Aussenanlagen in Schuss und packst auch bei Gartenarbeiten mit an.
  • Sind externe Handwerker:innen bei uns im Einsatz, begleitest und koordinierst du deren Arbeiten vor Ort.
  • Du unterstützt bei Veranstaltungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Sitzungszimmer bereit sind, wenn sie gebraucht werden.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Verteilung von Büromaterial und behältst bei der Lagerbewirtschaftung unserer externen Reinigungsfirmen den Überblick.
  • Du gehst mit offenen Augen durchs Areal, erkennst Handlungsbedarf und kümmerst dich darum.

Anforderungen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt und bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Hausdienst.
  • Du bist handwerklich geschickt und packst gerne selbst an.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du bist gerne mit Menschen in Kontakt und trittst gegenüber unterschiedlichsten Anspruchsgruppen freundlich und sicher auf.
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Word, Excel und Outlook kannst du sicher anwenden.
  • Du besitzt den Führerausweis der Kategorie B. Kategorie BE ist ein Plus.
